1. First, go to Cash Flow menu, under Current table, enter in your day to day transactions that have already happened, enter in a client who you've made a sale to you will then be taken to a popup window where you may enter discounts, description & payments received from the product you currently have out there. 2. Next, go to the Profits menu and under the Current heading is where you enter in your cost of the product you currently have sold or are still selling. You will once again be taken to a popup window where you can include any losses, expenses, description, & business partners. 3. Finally, go to Paying Supplier menu; this is where you enter in any payments you gave your supplier. *Whenever you purchase a new product to sell remember to always start a new table and repeat the 3 steps from above with its new table/column number. *If you want to enter in a payment received from a client, you don't have to go to that clientele's popup window, the shortcut is to simply click under the "Pmt" heading found on every table.
Q. Can anyone access my data? A. No, the app is pin protected so only you will have access to it. Q. If my device is lost/stolen will I lose all my data when I get a new device? A. If you backed up your data or enabled the weekly backup, then you can retrieve your data from the email you sent it to and not have to start from scratch. Q. Forgot my password? A. Unfortunately the only way around this is to delete the app and reinstall it, but if you backed up your data then you can retrieve it from the email NOTE: We do not carry override passwords or have any users personal information this ensures your data remains private, safe and with you only
